How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $99; otherwise it's $9.99. Express shipping is $24.99.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States.
Returns
What is your return window?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
What condition must returns be in?
Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.
Warranty
Are products covered by a warranty?
New products include a 12-month warranty. Certified refurbished products include a 6-month TECHORA warranty. Some products list a longer warranty on their product page.
What's the difference between refurbished and open box?
Refurbished items have been inspected, repaired where needed and graded. Open-box items were returned unused with the seal broken and keep the full new-product warranty.

Can I place a real order on this site?
No. This is a demo storefront: checkout validates your details but never collects payment information, charges you or ships anything. Demo orders are stored only in your browser.
